7. There are plenty of freebies that all libraries should take advantage of, but it is the rural library, many of which lack proper resources, that will benefit the most. Providing internet access, linking to ebooks, audiobooks, downloadable video and software, and directing patrons to quality information on the web will put your library back on the map!
